I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten the password you used to sign up for CrayPay, you will need to Reset Your Password following these instructions. From the Login screen of the CrayPay app, tap on “Forgot Password?” Follow onscreen instructions to reset your password. Remember to store your new password in a safe and private location.

How do I change my password?

In order to change your password, you will need to go to Profile Settings by clicking on your profile information located in the slideout menu of the CrayPay app. From there, locate the Password form field and follow all onscreen instructions.

I want to reset my PIN.

In order to change your PIN, you will need to go to Profile Settings by clicking on your profile information located in the slideout menu of the CrayPay app. From there, locate the PIN form field and follow all onscreen instructions.

I want to use Touch ID instead of PIN for iOS.

You will need to activate Touch ID from the CrayPay app by going to Profile Settings by clicking on your profile information located in the slideout menu. Find Touch ID and toggle it to ON.

How do I delete a payment source?

You can delete a payment source from your wallet by tapping on the menu icon and selecting Wallet from the slideout menu. Tap on the card you would like to delete. Tap on Delete Card Permanently and confirm when prompted.

Where can I find my transaction details?

Tap on Activity from the hamburger menu.

How do I know how much I actually paid for a transaction?

The activity log provides two totals. The number on top is the amount charged to you for the transaction. The crossed out number below is the actual value of the transaction to the merchant.

Do I have to redeem my code right now, or can I use it later?

Codes are intended for immediate use, however, unused codes can be stored and used later. They are accessible in the future from your Wallet.

Why do I have to verify my account each time I use a new computer or device?

Using a new device triggers a requirement to verify that you are individual accessing the account. This is a security precaution to prevent the use of your account by unauthorized users.
